RSA plaintext recovery via decryption timing oracle

Timing side channel in Crypto++ 8.9.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to recover RSA plaintext via PKCS#1 v1.5 decryption probes. The RSA decryption path processes valid and malformed ciphertext classes in statistically distinguishable time; the upstream report does not isolate the responsible operation further. Exploitation requires an application to expose repeated chosen-ciphertext decryption and precise timing measurements; the demonstrated consequence is recovery of individual RSA plaintexts without disclosure of the private key.
