Broken authorization in IBM Common Licensing 9.0 allows remote authenticated users to modify restricted configuration files. IBM has not published the affected endpoint, function, or failed authorization check within the Agent or ART components. An authenticated network session is required; successful exploitation changes protected configuration without reported data disclosure or service interruption.
