Plaintext credential storage in IBM Common Licensing 9.0 allows local users to read passwords through the browser console. The License Key Server Administration and Reporting Tool and its Agent expose stored user passwords in clear text during UI inspection. Exposure requires access to the affected host and a logged-in user's browser context, and the disclosed passwords enable unauthorized account access.
