User impersonation via logout session reuse

Session expiration failure in IBM PowerSC 1.3, 2.0, and 2.1 allows remote authenticated users to impersonate another user after logout. The logout path leaves the prior authenticated session valid instead of invalidating its server-side credential. Authenticated access is required, and reuse of the still-valid session grants the prior user's authority.
