CSRF in S/Notify for Jira before 4.0.2 allows remote attackers to alter app configuration through an administrator's browser. The S/Notify configuration pages process attacker-chosen settings under the administrator's authenticated Jira session when a malicious link or website triggers the request. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to visit the attacker-controlled content and can cause notifications that require encryption to be sent without it.
