Service interruption via unchecked RPL sub-option lengths

Out-of-bounds reads in Contiki-NG before 4.9 allow remote attackers to interrupt service via malformed RPL-Lite DIO or DAO messages. The dio_input() and dao_input() parsers trust packet and sub-option lengths before confirming that complete headers and option payloads remain in the ICMP buffer. Unauthenticated network reachability to an RPL node is sufficient; the documented impact is availability loss, with no reported code execution or data modification.
