Unauthorized draft-form submissions via missing capability check

Missing authorization in MetForm 3.4.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to submit entries to draft or trashed WordPress forms. The submit function accepts an unauthenticated form request without the capability check needed to enforce the form's publication state. Any network client that can reach the form endpoint can create unauthorized submission records, but published evidence reports no ability to read existing entries or administer the site.
