Privilege escalation in Ultimate Addons for Elementor 1.36.20 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to create administrator accounts. The User Registration Form widget exposes its New User Role setting to contributors and applies the selected Administrator role when registering an account. Contributor-level access and a reachable WordPress site are required; successful exploitation creates an administrator account with control of site data and settings.
