Missing authorization in Jenkins PaaSLane Estimate Plugin 1.0.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to connect to chosen URLs. Several plugin HTTP endpoints omit permission checks and accept a caller-supplied destination URL and authentication token for the connection.
