Cross-site request forgery in Jenkins PaaSLane Estimate Plugin 1.0.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger outbound connections. Several HTTP endpoints accept non-POST requests and use attacker-controlled URL and token values when initiating the connection. Exploitation requires a victim with an active Jenkins session and Overall/Read permission to submit the crafted request; the bounded effect is a connection to the specified endpoint.
