Arbitrary file deletion via CSRF-prone removal endpoint

Cross-site request forgery in Jenkins HTMLResource Plugin 1.02 and earlier allows attackers to delete arbitrary controller files. The doRemoveHTMLResource endpoint accepts an id query parameter, resolves it beneath the webjars directory, and calls delete without requiring POST or confining the resolved path. Exploitation requires an administrator’s browser to submit a crafted request; successful exploitation can remove controller files accessible to the Jenkins process.
