Credential theft via CSRF-enabled form validation

Cross-site request forgery in Jenkins Nexus Platform Plugin 3.18.0-03 and earlier allows attackers to capture stored Jenkins credentials. Form-validation methods accept GET requests without permission checks and use attacker-chosen credential IDs to authenticate to an attacker-controlled HTTP server. Exploitation requires a logged-in victim with Overall/Read permission to open attacker-controlled content, while the credential ID must be obtained separately.
