Authenticated code execution via unchecked profile upload

Unrestricted file upload in Kashipara Group Online Notice Board System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute server-side code. The user/update_profile_pic.php f parameter passes the supplied filename to move_uploaded_file without checking its contents, extension, or type, placing the file in a web image directory. A valid user account is required, and uploading and requesting an executable server-side file grants code execution on the hosting server.
