Heap corruption in affected Lexmark printer firmware allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through document processing. The PostScript interpreter fails to validate user-supplied data while parsing a PDF file, producing memory corruption. Exploitation requires no authentication but has high complexity and executes code in the pagemaker user's context.
