Arbitrary file write via unsanitized upload name

Path traversal in MindsDB before 23.11.4.1 allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files through its HTTP file upload endpoint. The put method in mindsdb/api/http/namespaces/file.py joins an unvalidated, user-controlled name into a temporary path and writes downloaded chunks before checking file type or removing the temporary directory. The endpoint is reachable without authentication; writes are limited by the service account's filesystem permissions, and a second path sink can delete zip or tar.gz files.
