LAN user enumeration via unauthenticated login responses

Information disclosure in Home Assistant Core before 2023.12.3 allows remote attackers on a private network to enumerate active users. The login-flow provider response and person-list endpoint return usernames, names, and profile pictures after checking only that the source IP is private. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the request must arrive from the host subnet or another reachable private subnet.
