LocalSystem code execution via writable service directory

Privilege escalation in Sikka Platform Utility 5 2023-09-14 allows local users to execute arbitrary code as LocalSystem. SSCWindowsService runs a program as LocalSystem while low-privileged users have full control of the service and write access to %PROGRAMDATA%\SSCService. A low-privileged Windows account can modify service-controlled content and gain system-level execution when the service launches it.
