Service interruption via unbounded PBES2 iteration count

Uncontrolled resource consumption in jose2go before 1.6.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt services by submitting crafted JWE data. Pbse2HmacAesKW.Unwrap accepts an attacker-controlled p2c header value without an upper bound and uses it as the PBES2 iteration count, driving excessive CPU work during decryption. Exposure requires an application to pass attacker-controlled PBES2-encrypted JWE blobs to affected decryption paths; repeated processing can exhaust CPU and stall the application without affecting data confidentiality or integrity.
