Code execution via crafted MVELRule expressions

Code injection in Easy Rules MVEL 4.1.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through crafted MVELRule expressions. MVELRule.when and MVELRule.then compile supplied expression strings, allowing a referenced class on the application classpath to load and run its static initializer. Exploitation requires an application to accept an attacker-controlled rule expression and evaluate it, after which code runs with the JVM process's privileges.
