Process hang via invalid division arguments

Infinite loop in IPAddressBitsDivision in IPAddress 5.1.0 allows attackers to hang a calling process via invalid constructor arguments. The constructor accepts negative bit-count values, and equals processing on the resulting division never reaches its loop exit. Reachability requires application code to supply an invalid division state; the project disputes any security-boundary impact, and GitHub withdrew its advisory.
