Session compromise via reflected phpinfo query
Published May 13, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Reflected XSS in Uniform Server Zero 10.2.5 allows remote attackers to run script in an authenticated user's browser via a crafted query. The /us_extra/phpinfo.php handler reflects crafted query input into its response without neutralizing browser-executable markup. The victim must be authenticated and open the attacker-supplied request, after which the script can access or alter session data available to that page.
