Application crash via unchecked NULL value string

NULL pointer dereference in cJSON 1.7.16 allows attackers to crash a consuming application through a string object with no value string. cJSON_SetValuestring calls strlen on object->valuestring before verifying that the member is non-NULL, producing a segmentation fault. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass such an object into the API; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash.
