Unauthenticated configuration disclosure via public signshow endpoint
Published Dec 10, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Information disclosure in Zammad before 6.2.0 allows remote attackers to read internal user-attribute configuration via a public endpoint. The login screen calls /api/v1/signshow without authentication, and the endpoint returns internal user-object attribute metadata, including selectable values. No account or user interaction is required; exposure is limited to the configuration metadata reported by the vendor, with no integrity or availability impact.
