Unauthenticated notice dismissal via missing nonce

Missing authorization in Google Language Translator 6.0.19 and earlier allows remote attackers to dismiss WordPress admin notices. The notice-dismissal request handler updates the stored dismissal state from an untrusted request without validating a WordPress nonce. No authentication or user interaction is required; the demonstrated consequence is limited to suppressing plugin notices in the administrative interface.
