Database read and modification via concatenated PLAN_ID
Published Sep 17, 2023 · Updated Jun 18, 2025
SQL injection in Tongda OA 11.0 through 11.10 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through crafted PLAN_ID input. The general/hr/recruit/plan/delete.php handler concatenates a nonempty PLAN_ID directly into an SQL statement, and a closing parenthesis permits injected expressions. Published access assessments conflict: the proof of concept describes unauthorized access, while the CNA CVSS assessments require low privileges and adjacent-network reachability.
