ZooKeeper credential disclosure via unrestricted zkHost forwarding

Information disclosure in Apache Solr 6.0.0 through 8.11.2 and 9.0.0 before 9.4.1 allows remote attackers to obtain ZooKeeper credentials. The Streaming Expressions /streaming handler accepts an attacker-controlled zkHost and forwards the source SolrCloud ZooKeeper credentials and ACLs to that server. Exploitation requires access to the handler with read permission and a SolrCloud configured with ZooKeeper credentials and ACLs; the consequence is credential disclosure to a mock ZooKeeper server.
