Unauthenticated blind SSRF via unchecked proxy URL

Server-side request forgery in Bazarr 1.2.4 allows remote attackers to make the server issue GET requests to arbitrary URLs. The proxy method concatenates user-controlled protocol and URL path values, then passes the result to requests.get() without validating the destination. The unauthenticated test route normally hides response bodies but exposes a status-based oracle for discovering internal or external resources.
