Unauthenticated subscriber interruption via forged discovery packets

Improper access control in eProsima Fast DDS before 2.13.0 allows remote attackers to disconnect SROS2 subscribers. Participant discovery accepts unencrypted DATA(p[UD]) and GUID values without verifying the sender, so forged disposal data deletes participant state while SecurityManager retains stale identity handles. An unauthenticated attacker on the same RTPS multicast domain can sniff a publisher GUID and stop current and reconnecting subscribers from receiving data.
