Deserialization of untrusted data in Inductive Automation Ignition 8.1.30 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The Base64Element class passes user-supplied data into Java deserialization without proper validation. Exploitation requires privileged Gateway access and runs attacker-controlled code as SYSTEM, enabling full host compromise.
