OS command injection in TOTOLINK A3700R Firmware 9.1.2u.5822_B20200513 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. The setDiagnosisCfg handler in cstecgi.cgi incorporates untrusted diagnostic input into an operating-system command without neutralizing command syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants command execution in the router firmware environment.
