Authentication bypass via loose MD5 hash comparison

Authentication bypass in TestLink 1.9.20 and earlier allows remote attackers to access another user's account with a colliding password. The password check in lib/functions/tlUser.class.php uses PHP's loose equality operator on stored and submitted MD5 hashes, so distinct numeric strings beginning with 0e compare equal. No authentication is required, but exploitation requires a target account whose password hash collides under PHP's numeric-string coercion; the demonstrated result is login as that user.
