Stored script execution via unsanitized file notes

Stored XSS in OpenKM 7.1.40 Professional Extension allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts when another user opens a file note. The REST note endpoint stores the text parameter without neutralizing HTML event-handler markup, so a crafted image element persists with the document note. Low-privileged access is required to create the note, and a second user's interaction executes the payload in that user's browser context.
