AMF crash via stale SCTP write event

Denial of service in Open5GS AMF 2.6.6 allows remote attackers to crash the service by disrupting an SCTP connection. The epoll event path preserves OGS_POLLOUT when EPOLLRDHUP arrives, so sctp_write_callback sends on the closed association and an unhandled SIGPIPE terminates AMF. The demonstrated trigger repeatedly stops and restarts a UE while cycling its gNB, interrupting 5G core access served by that AMF.
