Authenticated command execution via shell-based path validation

OS command injection in pgAdmin 4 before 7.7 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through its server HTTP API. The validate_binary_path handler embedded the supplied utility path in a command string passed to subprocess.getoutput, which invokes a shell. Exploitation requires server mode, an authenticated pgAdmin account, and user interaction; desktop mode is not affected, and commands run as the pgAdmin server process.
