Code execution via undersized Gaussian-blur frames

Heap-based buffer overflow in FFmpeg n6.1-3-g466799d4f5 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through the Gaussian-blur video filter. The ff_gaussian_blur_8 routine unconditionally copies two border rows and writes width-minus-two and width-minus-one indexes without first accommodating undersized frames. A crafted small video frame must reach the edge-detection filter, and successful memory corruption executes in the FFmpeg process context.
