Unauthenticated SQL injection via raw id parameter
Published Mar 7, 2024 · Updated Aug 28, 2024
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Hotel Booking Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to alter database queries via update.php. The script concatenates the id query parameter directly into an UPDATE statement passed to mysqli_query without validation, quoting, or parameter binding. No authentication check precedes this branch, and a crafted request can change query semantics or induce a measurable database delay.
