Published Mar 6, 2024 · Updated Aug 5, 2024
Stored XSS in SourceCodester School Fees Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through the school name setting. The main_settings POST handler accepts a script payload in the name field and stores it for later rendering as active HTML. Access to the administrator settings page and a later page view are required, exposing the viewing user's application data and actions to the injected script.
