Stored script execution via unescaped ticket subjects

Stored XSS in Customer Support System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through a crafted ticket subject. The application saves the subject without neutralizing executable HTML and later renders it on the ticket-list page, where a visitor's browser runs the payload. Any logged-in user who can create or edit a ticket can plant the payload; execution requires another user to visit the ticket list and can expose or modify data available to that browser session.
