Authenticated SQL injection via ticket subject

SQL injection in SourceCodester Customer Support System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute SQL through a ticket subject. The save_ticket action accepts the subject field as SQL syntax in a MySQL query, and a time-delay subquery demonstrates execution. Any customer, support-staff, or administrator account can reach ticket creation or editing, exposing database-command execution through the web interface.
