Server crash via oversized BootNotification vendor field

Denial of service in Dallmann OCPP.Core before 1.2.0 allows remote attackers to crash the server via an oversized BootNotification message. The OCPP message handler accepts chargePointVendor values beyond the protocol's 20-character limit and attempts to process the unbounded input. Network access to the OCPP endpoint is sufficient, although the vendor states that deployments are intended for protected networks; the demonstrated consequence is a server crash.
