Stored XSS via unencoded time-sheet task names
Published Jan 18, 2024 · Updated Jun 2, 2025
Stored XSS in Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus MSP before 14504 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in a victim's browser. The time-sheet details page renders a task name without client-side encoding when a target user opens it from the Request/Project/Change/Task column. Low-privileged technician access and target-user interaction are required; execution is confined to the target user's browser session.
