Information disclosure in Samsung Exynos baseband firmware allows remote attackers to expose sensitive information through RRC signaling. The baseband's RRC handling processes protocol states without properly checking that the specified state is valid before the associated operation proceeds. The flaw is reachable over the cellular network without authentication or user interaction; published evidence reports disclosure only, not modification or service interruption.
