Admin upgrade-notice suppression via unchecked dismissal

Broken access control in Login With Ajax 4.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to suppress an administrator upgrade notice. The admin-notice dismissal handler accepts an unauthenticated request without an authorization or capability check and records the notice as dismissed. Exploitation requires an administrator to interact with a crafted request; the reported consequence is limited to hiding the plugin's upgrade notice.
