Unauthorized actions via missing CSRF validation
Published Dec 18, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in LiveChat for WordPress 4.5.15 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger unauthorized actions. The affected request handler accepts a cross-site request under the victim's session without sufficient request-origin validation, but its name is undisclosed. Exploitation requires a privileged WordPress user to open a malicious link, visit a crafted page, or submit a forged form; published sources do not identify the resulting action.
