Stored XSS via unescaped FDB search phrase

Stored XSS in the FDB search page in LibreNMS before 23.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The page inserts the searchPhrase value into an HTML input value without htmlspecialchars encoding, allowing crafted markup to enter rendered output. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to supply the phrase and another user to load the affected output, enabling browser-context data access or modification without service interruption.
