Account access via persistent authenticated sessions

Improper session invalidation in Louis Lam Uptime Kuma before 1.23.9 allows attackers to retain account access after a password change. The password-change handler updates the stored password but leaves other authenticated Socket.IO connections alive instead of refreshing and disconnecting them. An attacker must already control a logged-in session; that session retains read-write access across browser and server restarts after the account owner changes the password.
