Stored XSS via misencoded linked-field values

Stored XSS in MantisBT LinkedCustomFields before 2.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript via crafted field values. JavascriptUtils::toJSArray places string_attribute output inside a hand-built, double-quoted JavaScript array instead of JSON-encoding the values. High-privilege custom-field access is required to store the payload, which executes when a linked field appears on a new-issue or edit form.
