Authenticated SQL injection via price filters
Published Sep 15, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in Academy LMS 6.2 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries through the tutor filter endpoint. The GET parameter handler passes price_min and price_max from /academy/tutor/filter into SQL without adequate neutralization, enabling injected query syntax. The CNA vector requires network access and low privileges with no user interaction; successful exploitation can read or modify database content and disrupt service.
