Cross-process data disclosure via uncleared GPU local memory

GPU local-memory disclosure in Khronos OpenCL 3.0.11 and Vulkan 1.3.224 allows local users to read another kernel's data. GPU drivers fail to clear software-managed local memory atomically between kernel executions, so a listener kernel copies uninitialized remnants into CPU-readable global memory. Exploitation requires co-resident access to a vulnerable GPU's programmable interface and exposes data from another application, process, container, or user without altering it.
