Unauthenticated service interruption via buffer handling
Published Oct 27, 2023 · Updated Feb 27, 2025
Buffer-handling flaw in Cloud Software Group NetScaler ADC and NetScaler Gateway allows remote attackers to interrupt service. The vendor identifies an unauthenticated buffer-related error but has not disclosed the affected code locus or the operation performed incorrectly. Exposure requires a customer-managed appliance configured as a VPN, ICA, CVPN, or RDP Gateway, or as an AAA virtual server; service interruption is the only described operational consequence.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=13.0 <92.19
